So What's The Buzz...

February has almost come and gone without one blog entry. I had to fix that even if it's just to give you a a short list of things that have been going on.

After I got my house all cleaned up from my last post, I got the worse stomach bug. Pregnancy and stomach bug do not go well and I spent a day in the hospital getting rehydrated. It took almost another 10 days to feel better and so you can only imagine the state of my house, laundry, children, meal planning, etc... Trying to be motivated is very difficult at 37 weeks pregnant!

Alas, we also found out that the baby has gone breech on us. I am confident that he will move his butt and get into position without the need for a C-section. If you feel like adding me to your prayer list, please do! I'm getting excited we have 19 days left before my due date, 19 days before my mother comes! 19 days before my sister Peggy comes. Relief, rest, and a new baby. Excitement is building.

Here's a picture of my other babies, they had a school fundraiser today and I decided to go and support them. I know they're my children, but they are so beautiful to me. It's hard for me to imagine that they've grown up so much and yet they are still so young. I wish time could stand still and I could savor all these moments for just a bit longer.

I had lunch today with a very good friend. It's been awhile since we had time together and I missed her terribly. My energy level fails before it gets dark so going out after uido gets home is just too late for me, so we had lunch together. It was just so wonderful to see her face again and to hear her stories from these past few months. I had dropped off the younger girls at the sitter's and when I returned to fetch them a vase of wild daffodils were waiting for me. Olivia had picked them, with long enough stems to put them in an actual vase.
