Our church does a family night the first Friday of every month. The team of three that helps create these fun nights are just very creative. December's theme was about Advent and so the kids for their snack that night created little stables with the holy family. This is the one I made. It was so much fun. We used gingerbread graham crackers (out during the holidays and they taste just like gingerbread), pretzel sticks, teddy grahams, fruit roll ups for the gowns, an Andes mint for the manger, the hay was crushed shredded wheat, butter cream frosting got everything to stick together. A yummy treat that helped cement the idea of preparing for Christ's birth.
