Here's the shoe that's transformed my life. The are called Z-Coils. They're not attractive. I get a lot of stares. My kids call them my transformer shoes, because Mommy transforms into a human being again when she puts them on. The company recommends you find a local distributor to try the shoe on, but they're cheaper to buy online. The only two things you can't do in them (as suggested by the manufacturer) is playing tennis and climbing ladders. Some people ask if I'm wearing high heeled sneakers, but I'll take that since I don't think I'll ever be wearing heels again. I like being 3 inches taller!
The heel is an awesome shock absorber. There are times when I'm walking when I don't have any pain at all. Here's to another good thing this year!

I have seen shoes like that around. I'm glad that you have something that makes you feel better.
My first thought was that they were high heeled sneakers too....how very high fashion of you Mrs. Gonzalez ;)
