I am trying my best to simply my life as much as possible. Yesterday I really worked hard at menu planning for the week and getting my grocery list and coupons together. I'm trying to work on a better summer schedule too. There is always so much to do. I saved $48 dollars in groceries. $17.50 was actual coupons and the other half was in BOGO free at Publix. I haven't yet mastered stacking coupons but I am getting better. I'm learning that being organized is half the battle. When your house is out of order it takes awhile to get it back organized. Eva is 11 weeks old and I feel I've gotten my sleep back again. Things don't seem as overwhelming.

stacking coupons? That sounds like something I need to do...is it where you use the coupons and the BOGOs? I know there is a clever way to do this but I can't remember. You are doing excellent if at 11 weeks sleep is coming back to you! Steady as she goes!
stacking coupons, yes part of it is that you use coupons on the BOGO but Publix will allow you to use their coupon and also a manufactuer's coupon on the same item. For instance, I had a $3 Publix Coupon for Huggie Diapers from their weekly add. I had a $2 manufactuer coupon from Huggie's. That's a total of $5 savings. The diapers were $20 I got them for $15.
