Last year for Thanksgiving I made the best Turkey ever! I found the recipe entitled "Mom's Roast Turkey" at Simple Recipes. I wanted to share it because it was so good. The turkey is cooked breast side down, which made all the meat on the bird very moist.

Josh always asks me why I cook it breast down and to be honest I can't tell up from down, so I've had some good turkeys too.
